Mattress Warehouse is a 35-year-old bedding retailer founded by CEO Kim Knopf in 1983 with a single store in South Charleston, W.Va. Today, Mattress Warehouse’s parent company, Innovative Mattress Solutions, operates more than 100 stores in seven states under the Mattress Warehouse, Sleep Outfitters, and Mattress King brand names.
